The Story Behind Cosy Village
Cosy Village was created from a desire to share peace, nature, and authentic country life. It is a place shaped by family values, tradition, and respect for the countryside.
The Idea
The idea of transforming a traditional wooden hayrack into a space for rest and relaxation came from me – Anna, your host. Love brought me to Slovenia many years ago, where I found my home and a deep connection to local traditions.
A Family Project
Cosy Village is a true family project. Grandpa Slavc has spent his entire life on the farm and enjoys welcoming guests, often with homemade wine or produce. Grandma Slavi is known for her traditional bread baking. My husband Matjaž and our daughter Karolina support every step of this journey.
